Schaefer Vice President Robert Rogers has been certified as a structural engineering peer reviewer in the state of Arizona. As such, Robert can validate that a project complies with the structural aspects of the building code, eliminating the need for a plan review, for several types of projects such as smaller buildings, tenant fit-outs, etc. Robert has been the engineer of record for several Schaefer-designed projects in the state since becoming a registered structural engineer there in 2009.

To qualify as a certified structural engineering peer reviewer in Arizona, the structural engineer must be licensed to work in the state for at least three years and successfully complete a self-certification training.
