Bridge Park West is a mixed-use development on the mighty Scioto River’s west bank in downtown Dublin, Ohio. The seven story, 165,000 sq ft concrete structure holds condominiums, office and retail. Below, a five story parking structure holds 385 vehicles. A continuous joint will isolate vehicle vibrations from the parking garage eliminating any sensation in the units. Many units will contain stair openings, balconies, hot tubs and even swimming pools. Retail and office space, designed to match the architecture of historic Dublin, will be built between the parking and condos.

Bridge Park West is located across the river from the main Bridge Park development. The two sites will be connected by a pedestrian bridge.
